Project carried out in Geneva – Switzerland. Total refurbishment of 3-storey building plus basement. In the basement, an excavation was made to gain 60cm of headroom. All the floors have been completely refurbished, and a studio apartment has been created on the basement floor. Congrau Engenharia moved the entire team and raw building materials from Portugal to Switzerland, making this an excellent deal for the investors in this property.
